What is the biggest influence on your music? Growing up listening to AR Rahman’s classics.
How did your Milap journey start? Audition process in 2012.
What is your proudest musical achievement to date? Our debut Tarang performance – I enjoyed every moment and felt a genuine connection with everyone in the group.
I became a musician because… music can take you to a place where you don’t have to think.

Who are your favourite artists? AR Rahman, Lalgudi Jayaraman, Bombay Jayashree, Ranjani Gayatri, Beyonce, Pharrell, Sia to name a few.
When you’re not playing music, what are your favourite things to do? Travelling, hanging out with friends and family
If I wasn’t a musician, I would be… an economist.
What is your favourite musical memory? There are many – the best have to be the moments when I’ve randomly started jamming with friends which nearly always end up in laughter.
