Janan Sathiendran
Janan has been learning tabla under the tutelage of Sukhdeep Singh Dhanjal from the age of 6. Given his cultural background as a Tamil, and through his participation in Samyo, he has gained a deep understanding of both the North and South traditions if Indian Classical music. Janan has been fortunate enough to perform at venues around the world; the Royal Albert Hall, Veerasingam Hall in Jaffna, and at the Boston Latin Academy in the US. He is currently reading Medicine at Imperial College London.
