Milapfest is a registered charity that works to enhance people’s lives through inspirational performances, arts education and supporting the careers of young artists.
Our Kalanidhi Programme is designed to help reach the people and projects that need the most support, and you can make a real difference to people’s lives by helping us to continue to create unique experiences in Indian arts for young artists, emerging professionals and audience members alike.
Kalanidhi in Sanskrit means “The Treasure of Art” and our aim at Milapfest is to preserve and promote the arts and culture of India for people of all backgrounds and ages to enjoy.
You can be a part of the Kalanidhi Programme by making a regular or one-off donation to support our programme of work. Our Kalanidhi donors are very important to us, and together we can make a difference to people’s lives through a celebration of Indian arts and culture.
There are three levels of support as a Kalanidhi donor. Here’s how you can join us in spreading the inspiration of Indian arts:
Kalanidhi Supporters £100
In recognition of your gift, you will receive:
– A Kalanidhi supporters card
– A Milapfest pin
– Advanced and behind the scenes information on all Milapfest activities by post and email.
– Advanced priority booking
– A CD or digital copy of Milapfest’s latest audio release
Kalanidhi Benefactor £250
In recognition of your gift, you receive all the benefits of Level 1, plus:
– One invitation for two to an annual Kalanidhi reception event
– Acknowledgement on the Milapfest website, annual reports and performance programmes.
Kalanidhi Patron £500 or above
In recognition of your gift, you receive all the benefits of Level 1, plus:
– An Invitation for two to a special “meet the artists” or “Milapfest Insight” event
-VIP ticket collection area
– Opportunity to personally name or dedicate a composition, choreographic piece or performance
